RETURNS & REFUNDS Last updated: 3 October 2026 1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY IGNOTA PARS offers one-of-one clothing pieces. Because each item is unique and available only once, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference. 2. EXCEPTIONAL RETURNS In exceptional circumstances, IGNOTA PARS may agree to accept a return on a case-by-case basis. Any return must be approved by us before the item is sent back. The conditions of the return and the applicable refund amount will be communicated to the customer before the return is accepted. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund where appropriate and permitted by applicable law. 3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Swiss law. 4. UNAPPROVED RETURNS Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. 5. REFUNDS Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by IGNOTA PARS. 6.
