TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: 3 October 2026 1. GENERAL These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ignotapars.ch (“IGNOTA PARS”), operated by Danylo Yefremov in Switzerland. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. 2. PRODUCTS IGNOTA PARS offers one-of-one clothing pieces. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each item is unique and available in a quantity of one. Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on lighting, photography and the customer's display. 3. PRICES All prices displayed for customers in Switzerland are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable. 4. ORDERS An order is submitted when the customer completes the checkout process and confirms the purchase. Because our products are one-of-one, availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed. After a successful purchase, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation. IGNOTA PARS reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in exceptional circumstances, including technical errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or an item becoming unavailable. 5. PAYMENT Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on the customer's device, currency, location, and payment-provider availability. IGNOTA PARS does not directly store customers' complete payment-card details. 6. SHIPPING We currently ship within Switzerland. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Shipping costs CHF 8 per order. Orders with a merchandise value of CHF 300 or more qualify for free shipping. Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the carrier and destination. 7. RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the one-of-one nature of our products, purchases are generally final and we do not offer a general right of return or exchange for change of mind. Requests for an exceptional return may be considered by IGNOTA PARS on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of such a request is not guaranteed. Where an exceptional return is accepted, the conditions and any applicable refund amount will be communicated to the customer before the return is completed. This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory rights the customer may have under applicable Swiss law, including rights relating to defective products or products that materially differ from their description. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at ignotaparscontact@gmail.com and include your order information and relevant photographs where appropriate. 8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. IGNOTA PARS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, the content of ignotapars.ch, including branding, photographs, graphics, text and design elements, belongs to IGNOTA PARS or is used with appropriate permission. Such content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. 10. LIABILITY IGNOTA PARS is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 11. PRIVACY Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on ignotapars.ch. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS IGNOTA PARS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
